Random . . .

Just thought we'd include some random pictures of stuff from this past semester . . .

We spent Thanksgiving weekend in Oregon with Angela's family and spent a day at the coast - one of our favorite places to visit.

The innovative Ryan wanted marshmallows on his serving of left-over sweet potatoes. He almost put them in the microwave (if you never put marshmallows in the microwave as a kid, give it a try!), but came up with a way to roast them instead . . .
using a chopstick.

They're Engaged!

Angela's little brother (who is neither smaller than her or very little any more!) is engaged! He proposed to his girlfriend of two years, Tana, on December 14th and she said YES!
We are so excited for them and can't wait for the wedding in May.

So big!

Everyone thought it was SO FUNNY that the cup could rest on my belly. I wasn't laughing too much until Ryan started rubbing and poking and getting our little man to move around, one of his favorite pastimes these days.

Christmas and family

It's been wonderful having Angela's family here for the Christmas holiday. We enjoyed Christmas dinner all together (except Konnor's finace) in our little apartment!

We headed downtown to check out Ryan's school, Pike's Market and to make sure everyone knew how to get to the hospital where our son will be born when he decides to come! It was so cold that we mostly spent time enjoying warm drinks and great chowder indoors.

He's Almost Here!

That's right . . . we are only a few weeks away from being parents! We are getting very excited, but are hoping that he'll wait until after Ryan is finished with his finals this Friday.
