While I was folding and putting away clean clothes, this is how Rooke entertained himself.
He did, however, manage to find an earring I've been missing, and I got rid of a pair of shorts I never wear, so I guess the mess was worth it!
This video highlights Rooke's babbling and understanding of "don't touch" (or lack thereof). If you listen close, it sounds like he says it after the video split. And the following look he gives still makes me laugh every time I see it!

SO CUTE! He is just so stinkin' cute! Thanks for sharing the pics and video.
Yeah. For sure he says don't touch. It's great. He's beautiful.
He is precious! I'm seeing the pictures of him rummaging (love the positive spin--"he did mangage to find a lost earring")and the video on my birthday~~a great treat! I agree he does say "don't touch".
Oh, this goes in the top 10 best of your videos. The feisty look at the beginning, the excited look when he decides to go after his doggie, the obvious understanding of "don't touch." THink I make a way to use this clip in our next sharing time with our team mates. Surely I can make a spiritual application out of that!

Rooke does say "don't touch" and then he thinks about it. Very sweet. He's such a smart boy! Can't you just see the wheels turning in that precious red head!?
Second anonymous was Chella...hmmm..wonder what I did wrong! :)

I was reading this and saw a picture of your mom and dad :) It made me smile!
AS HE TALKS....IT KINDA SOUNDS LIKE A DIZZY GILESPIE ACCAPELLA SCAT SONG, IN SLOW MOTION. OR "GOODS" BY MATES OF STATE BUT ONLY PLAYED BACKWARDS!
ps he is a completely beautiful child! Praise God for such a gift!
