We made it through another year of school! Rooke was in first grade this year with Mrs. Torres and 15 other six and seven-year-olds. His school was one of two elementary schools on base and was only a seven minute walk from the house. We had a few minutes before walking to school on his last day, so I let him be silly with the prop and took some photos.
Congratulations on finishing well, Rooke! Let the summer fun begin!

I can't believe how grown up he is! I love the small classroom size and the short walk to school. (I bet you drove him on the days it was -10 though!) Congratulations on finishing First Grade, Rooke, and have a wonderful summer.
